Acceptable Use Policy

1. What this covers

This policy applies to everything you type into Inkaro, everything you upload to it, and everything you do with what comes out. It forms part of the Terms of Service.

2. What the generator refuses outright

Hate and extremism

No hate symbols, no extremist or terrorist organisation insignia, no imagery that dehumanises or incites hatred or violence against people because of race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, disability, sex, gender identity or sexual orientation.

Gang and prison-affiliation markings

No gang insignia, no cartel iconography, no prison-affiliation or rank markings. These carry real-world consequences for the person wearing them, including from people who did not consent to the association.

Real brands and protected characters

No reproductions of real trademarks, brand logos or wordmarks, and no characters from films, games, comics or books that belong to someone else. Describe the idea in your own words and we will draw something original.

Imitation of a named living artist

No generating “in the style of” a specific living artist or tattooer. Choose one of our style presets, or describe the qualities you want — line weight, palette, shading, density.

Documents and financial instruments

No identity documents, passports, driving licences, visas, banknotes, cheques, tickets, invoices, receipts, certificates, diplomas, contracts, prescriptions or medical records — real or imitated.

Other people's faces and bodies

No face swapping. No recognisable likeness of a real named or public person. On-skin previews accept a photo of your own body, or one you have the subject's explicit permission to use — nothing else.

Sexual content

Inkaro produces artwork suitable for a public studio portfolio. Explicit sexual content is out of scope. Any sexualised depiction of a minor is absolutely prohibited, will be blocked, and will result in immediate account closure and a report to the appropriate authorities.

Illegal and dangerous content

Nothing that instructs, facilitates or glorifies serious violence, self-harm, weapons manufacture, drug production, or any criminal act.

3. Cultural and community motifs

Our tribal preset draws generic decorative motifs. It does not reproduce the protected markings of a specific living community. If a motif carries meaning that belongs to a community you are not part of, speak to an artist from that community before you wear it. That is not a legal requirement we impose — it is a request.

4. Why we typeset letters instead of drawing them

Image models misspell. Any text in your design — a name, a date, a phrase — is rendered in a real typeface by your browser and composited over the artwork. The model draws the ornament, never the letters. That is not a limitation; it is the only way to guarantee the spelling on something permanent.

5. Tattoo safety is not our business

Do not ask support for tattoo or medical advice. We will decline, and point you at a professional.

6. How this is enforced

1. Prompts are screened before generation. A prompt that breaches this policy is refused with an explanation.
2. The same screening runs on the server, so it cannot be bypassed by editing the page.
3. Repeated attempts to work around the filters are treated as a breach in themselves.
4. We may suspend or close an account that breaches this policy. Serious breaches are closed immediately and without refund.

7. Reporting something

If you have seen Inkaro output that breaches this policy, or you believe a design infringes your rights or reproduces your work, write to support@lucaschwandt.shop with as much detail as you can. We acknowledge within 2 business days and act on what we find. Rights holders should include enough information to identify the work and the output complained of.

8. If you think a block was wrong

Filters catch things they should not. If a legitimate prompt was refused, email us the exact wording and we will review it — and fix the filter if it was over-broad.
