Terms of Service

1. Who you are dealing with

Inkaro is an online tattoo design service operated at lucaschwandt.shop. All customer service is handled by email at support@lucaschwandt.shop, answered within 2 business days. In these terms “we”, “us” and “Inkaro” mean that service; “you” means the person using it.

2. What the service is

Inkaro generates tattoo artwork from a written description. You type a line describing the tattoo you want, pick one of twelve style presets and a body placement, and the service produces four design sheets. From a chosen sheet you can extract an outline-only transfer stencil and, by uploading a photo of your own body, render an on-skin preview. Everything is downloaded as PNG files.

Inkaro is a design tool, not a tattoo studio. We do not apply tattoos, do not employ tattoo artists, do not make appointments and do not sell any physical product. Nothing is shipped.

3. What Inkaro is explicitly not

• Not tattoo advice. A design produced here is concept artwork. It must be reviewed and adapted by a licensed tattoo artist before it is applied to skin.
• Not medical advice. We give no guidance on skin suitability, allergies, healing, aftercare, infection, scarring, removal or any other health matter. Those questions belong to a qualified medical professional.
• Not a guarantee of result. How a design looks on paper and how it looks tattooed on living skin are different things, and depend entirely on the artist and on your body.

4. Who may use it

You must be at least 18 years old to use Inkaro. Do not use the service if you are under 18, and do not create an account on behalf of anyone under 18. You must also have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement where you live.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials to yourself and for everything done through your account.

5. What you may and may not generate

Your use of the generator is governed by the Acceptable Use Policy, which forms part of these terms. In short: no hate or extremist imagery, no gang or prison-affiliation markings, no real trademarks or protected characters, no imitation of a named living artist, no identity documents or financial instruments, no face swapping, no photos of people who have not agreed, and no explicit sexual content.

We block prompts that breach these limits, and we may suspend or close an account that attempts to work around the blocks.

6. Plans, prices and billing

Inkaro offers one free plan and three paid monthly subscriptions. All prices are in US dollars (USD).

• Paid plans renew automatically each month at the price shown until you cancel.
• The price shown is the full recurring charge. There is no setup fee, no per-design surcharge and no usage overage.
• There is no free trial attached to any paid plan.
• Unused designs do not roll over into the next billing period.
• We will email you before any price change takes effect, and you may cancel before it applies.

Cancellation is covered by the Subscription & Cancellation Policy, and refunds by the Refund & Dispute Policy.

7. Promotions and discounts

From time to time we may offer a discount code or a promotional price. Unless the offer says otherwise: a code applies to one account only, cannot be combined with another offer, applies to the first billing period only, has no cash value, and the plan renews at the standard price shown on the pricing page once the promotional period ends. The specific terms of any promotion are stated in full wherever that promotion is advertised. We may withdraw an unused offer at any time.

8. What you own and what we own

Rights in the artwork you generate are set out in Content & Licensing. In short: you hold a licence to use the designs you generate, commercial on paid plans and personal-only on Free. The Inkaro name, the site, its design, its code and its own sample artwork remain ours.

9. Availability

We aim to keep Inkaro available continuously, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. Generation depends on third-party model infrastructure that can be slow or unavailable. If a generation fails, it does not count against your monthly allowance; if it does, write to support and we will credit it back.

10. Suspension and closure

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, that attempts to circumvent generation limits or safety filters, that charges back a legitimate payment instead of contacting support, or that we are required to close by law. Where it is reasonable to do so, we will tell you why and give you a chance to respond.

You may close your own account at any time by writing to support@lucaschwandt.shop.

11. Limits on our liability

Inkaro is provided on an “as is” basis. To the fullest extent the law allows, we exclude implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

We are not liable for any decision you make about getting tattooed, for the work of any tattoo artist, or for any physical, medical or aesthetic outcome of a tattoo. That decision, and the choice of artist, is yours.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

12. Legal and export restrictions

Inkaro is offered from, and may not be used in breach of, applicable sanctions and export control laws. You may not use the service if you are located in, ordinarily resident in, or acting on behalf of a person in a country or region subject to comprehensive trade sanctions, or if you appear on a restricted-party list. You are responsible for complying with the laws of the country you use the service from, including any local restriction on tattoo imagery.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change materially affects your rights we will email subscribers before it takes effect. Continuing to use Inkaro after a change means you accept the updated terms. The date at the top of this page always shows the current version.

14. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by English law, and the courts of England and Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, this does not remove the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country you live in.

Before starting any formal dispute, please write to support@lucaschwandt.shop. Almost everything is resolved faster by email than by anything else.
